Interview

If you get an interview to study medicine at the St George's programme in Nicosia, it will be a structured session with a panel lasting 40 minutes. The goal of the interview is to find out if there is more to you than your grades. Of course, your academic performance is important, but so is your potential to behave professionally in your chosen field. So we'll be looking for academic ability and intellect, empathy, initiative and resilience, communication skills, organisational and problem-solving skills, team-work, insight and integrity and effective learning style.

You must undergo satisfactory health and police screening, including a screen for and immunisation against Hepatitis B.
