The Wellness Club

The purpose of The Wellness Club is to enrich the lives and health of the academic community and to aid in maintaining and monitoring a healthy lifestyle for university students.
Objectives
1.To coordinate affordable, weekly wellness classes for students, which are taught by professionals.
These include, but are not limited to:
• Running
• Yoga
• Dance
• Pilates
• Flexibility
• Zumba
2. Plan other events or activities not inconsistent with the above or the objects of the Club:
• Meditation/De-stressor workshops for students
• Yoga retreat to Limassol and/or Troodos
